High Alignment Accuracy in a Tiny Package

ProPhotonix offers a range of low-cost Laser Diode Collimators available at 635nm, 670nm and 780nm with collimated output powers of 0.9mW or 3mW. Supplied with a pre-fitted laser diode, these have an elliptical output beam of 3.5 x 1.5mm, beam divergence of 0.6mrad max, pointing stability of <0.2mrad/°C, and bore sighting of <2.0°.

With over two decades of experience, ProPhotonix has designed the laser diode collimators as a complete low-cost, high-volume system for OEM use.

Lightweight, Cylindrical Package for Maximum Flexibility

ProPhotonix’ laser diode collimators consist of an aluminum housing, laser diode and collimating lens in a lightweight, cylindrical package. Electrical connections are made via the laser diode pins.
