Advantages of Chip-on-Board UV LED Solutions

Chip-on-Board (COB) LED technology provides significant advantages over surface mount technology when it comes to UV LED solutions. Due to the small size of the LED chip relative to packaged LEDs, much higher packing densities can be achieved with COB than with surface mount technology. This results in higher output from more compact packages. Chip-on-Board technology also provides greater options in terms of wavelength selection, allowing you to maximize the efficiency of your application.
