Ensuring Quality Down to the Smallest Component
For every standard product or custom solution we produce in our two ISO9001:2015-certified facilities, we guarantee quality by using state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery and calibrated test equipment. In our cleanroom manufacturing area we use die attach systems supplied by leading manufacturers such as Besi, and Palomar for bonding and die attach equipment. In our lasers manufacturing facility, our in-house manufacturing of mechanical parts ensures dimensional accuracy and precision.
Throughout the manufacturing process, all our products undergo a series of inspections and the appropriate testing.
For custom designs, we work directly with customers to develop innovative protocols for product acceptance testing. Finally, while our standard product traceability ensures full product build history, we can also put custom processes in place as required by customers.
Maintaining Strict Quality and Environmental Certifications
We understand that our customers have a variety of quality and environmental standards that they require our products to meet, and we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to meet their own compliance requirements. One example of a step we’ve taken to do this is to ensure all our PCBA assemblies are manufactured and inspected in accordance with the requirements of the IPC-A-610 standard. We also make traceability easy for our customers and have dedicated personnel within our quality team who are responsible for supplier investigation. For convenience, our quality certification and environmental compliance information, all of our ISO certificates, environmental statements, and other policy documents are readily available below.
An Easy-to-Understand Warranty and RMA Process
We offer a one-year limited hardware warranty to the original purchaser of any product. This warranty helps customers rest assured that their product will remain free from defects in workmanship and materials while under normal use and service, or we will repair or replace it. In the unlikely event that you do experience a defect, please contact your sales representative who will help guide you through our simple returned material authorization (RMA) process, which is outlined in our warranty policy.
