SANYO offers a range of 405nm blue-violet laser diodes with output powers from 7mW to 85mW, 5.6mm package, with a stable, low-noise beam structure produced by using ion implantation. SANYO's tiny blue-violet laser diodes are available in industrial strength up to a massive 85mW optical output power, the highest power available in a single mode laser diode with an internal monitor photodiode.
This internal monitor photodiode, which can be used to accurately stabilize and control the optical output power, plus their stable beam structure, lower noise and lower current consumption, enables these SANYO blue-violet laser diodes to offer the performance required for critically demanding industrial and medical applications such as biomedical instrumentation, medical imaging, fluorescence sensing, high-resolution printing, advanced DVD, large capacity optical data storage and industrial alignment.
ProPhotonix also offers SANYO's range of DLX 532nm DPSS laser modules with output powers of 5-10mW. The Low Noise DLX-9756-11 offers an RMS noise level of just 0.5%. Compact, efficient and measuring just 20mm diameter enables stable operation over a wide range of temperature levels between 0 to +5° C. This provides the constant optical performance and wavelength precision necessary for demanding industrial and laboratory applications such as laser marking and leveling, patient alignment, bio-analysis and flow cytometry where the highest visibility is critical.
The DPSS green TEC laser modules offer a high quality (M² <1.2), collimated beam with a uniform Gaussian profile. The output beam is approximately 2.7mm diameter at a 5 meter working distance.
