COBRA Cure FX3

The COBRA Cure™ FX3 is an innovative UV LED Curing lamp, designed for UV curing of inks, coatings and adhesives. This high power UV lamp delivers up to 16W/cm2 or 42J/cm2 and is available in a range of wavelengths from 365nm to 405nm as well as multi-wavelength options.
This compact, scalable UV LED lamp incorporates the many benefits of a LED curing system as well as innovative features to ensure a consistent, reliable cure over the lifetime of the system.
Due to the ability to monitor and drive each LED segment, the COBRA Cure™ FX3 offers excellent intensity control ensuring that uniformity and intensity is maintained across varying conditions and over the lifetime of the lamp. The lamps can be factory set to customer specified linear intensity profile a maximum intensity value for performance consistency lamp to lamp.
LED based curing systems offer a much lower total cost of ownership due to their vastly improved lifetimes, reduced maintenance costs and significant energy savings. They also offer a more sustainable solution than traditional UV lamps with no ozone or mercury. In addition, with no IR heat the “cold cure” offered is ideal for heat sensitive materials.
The COBRA Cure™ FX3 offers all of the benefits of a LED system and is designed to be stackable in modules of 75mm up to 600mm. The design offers edge to edge illumination without any drop in intensity at the edges.
